<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress heat generation of a reactor element of a booster circuit. <P>SOLUTION: When a low-voltage system voltage VL is within the range that is larger than a voltage V1 and less than a voltage V2, a DC-DC converter is controlled so that the low-voltage system voltage VL is the voltage V1 or the voltage V2 (step S100-S120).
