<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method change system which can appropriately change a communication method of wireless communication used for a tire air pressure monitoring system according to a use area of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: In the communication method change system which is used for a tire air pressure monitoring system including a TPMS communication device 5 for receiving a detection signal Stp including air pressure information of a tire 2 from a tire valve 3 mounted on the tire 2 of a vehicle 1, and a control device 4 for monitoring an air pressure received by the TPMS communication device 5, and changes a communication method of wireless communication with the tire valve 3, the vehicle 1 is provided with a portable telephone line communication device 8 capable of communicating with a management center 10 for instructing a change of the communication method, and a change section 4b for changing the communication method with the tire valve 3 based on change information of the communication method transmitted from the management center 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
