<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve waterproof performance of a battery for an electric power tool without increasing the cost. <P>SOLUTION: A battery for an electric power tool according to the present invention is used as a driving electric power source of the electric power tool by being electrically connected with the electric power tool. Further, the battery is configured to be charged by being connected with a charger. The battery for the electric power tool includes a resin battery housing 11 and battery terminals 43, 44, 45, 46, and 47 penetrating from the exterior side to the internal side of the battery housing 11 and configuring to connect with terminals of the electric power tool or terminals of the charger.
