MEASUREMENT SENSOR WITH CORRECTION FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with a small size measurement sensor which has difficulty in correctly measuring temperature as well as humidity because: heat generated from a substrate that a device is connected to largely affects a temperature signal or a humidity signal that the device is to detect; and an amount of heat transferred from the substrate varies depending on how the device is fitted with the substrate.

SOLUTION: The present invention is a measurement sensor with a correction function comprising: a humidity detection section which is connected to a main body circuit and outputs a humidity signal in accordance with humidity; a temperature detection section which is connected to the main body circuit and outputs a temperature signal in accordance with temperature near the humidity detection section; a heat value calculation section to calculate a heat value of the main body circuit; and a humidity correction section which corrects the humidity signal detected by the humidity detection section based on the temperature signal detected by the temperature detection section as well as the heat value calculated by the heat value calculation section.
