<p>The method involves fixing and positioning pre-consolidated or hardened hybrid braided tubes made of mixed continuous plastic fibers and interwoven glass fibers, carbon fibers, kevlar fibers, textile fibers or natural fibers by injection molding tools, such that the continuous fiber tubes run- through from inside to outside of a plastic melt during the injection of the molten plastic in the T-preform. The T-preform is overflowed with plastic from inside of the plastic melt and a hollow space is produced by the fluid injection technique. An independent claim is also included for a manufacturing device for use in injection molding of continuous fiber reinforced hollow body.</p> |
