<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a high-strength hot rolled steel sheet capable of accurately attaining a wide range of characteristics with less steel types. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a high-strength hot rolled steel sheet includes retaining steel at a winding temperature T (°C) in winding after hot rolling and predicting a precipitation amount X as a carbide of a carbide forming element in the steel by the following equations (1), (2) to perform characteristic control: X=X<SB POS="POST">0</SB>ä1-exp(-kt)}...(1), k=Aexp[-Q/äR(T+273)}]...(2), wherein X<SB POS="POST">0</SB>represents a final precipitation amount, A, Q represent constants depending on the type of the carbide forming element, t represents an elapsed time (min) after starting the retention at the winding temperature T, and R represents a gas constant 8.31J mol<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>K<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
