PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting positions of a butterfly valve disc is provided to prevent a valve from being overrun during operation and to check with naked eyes of workers whether the apparatus for adjusting positions of a disc is operated or not. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for adjusting positions of a butterfly valve disc comprises a bearing part(17), a fixing ring(6), an open stopper(10), and a close stopper(11). The bearing part is extended from a valve body and is located between the valve body and a manipulator to surround a valve shaft. The fixing ring inserts a fixing bolt into a fixing hole to fasten with the valve shaft. Multiple adjusting holes are formed in the left and right sides around an upper and lower fixing pieces. The open stopper and the close stopper are respectively inserted in an opened space and a closed space of an opening and closing control hole. The open stopper and the close stopper are interlocked with the rotation of a disc to control the opening and closing of the disc.
