<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag container with a spout efficiently preventing leakage of a content during discharge of the container content from the spout. <P>SOLUTION: In a bag container with a spout in which the spout 27 is adhesively fixed to a mouth part of the bag container formed by laminating a film, the film has a layered structure including an aluminum foil 3, a resin layer 5 for printing formed on an outer surface of the aluminum foil 3, a polyamide layer 7 formed on an inner surface of the aluminum foil 3, and an olefin based resin layer 11 provided on the polyamide layer 7.
