<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physiologically active substance measuring system capable of contributing to promoting a restoration of the infrastructure, when a lifeline is disconnected by a natural disaster, or the like, while maintaining health of a local resident by taking a prompt measure against an infecting bacteria including a bacterial pathogen such as virus concurrently with addressing an important challenge to secure infrastructure. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is a physiologically active substance measuring system which has a fuel cell as a power source to enable the same to be portable and effectively used.
