<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection device with small distance from the end of a body around a sensor panel and a scintillator layer to the photoelectric converter end of a sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The lateral faces of a sensor panel 101 including a photoelectric converter and of a scintillator layer 103 on the sensor panel 101 are connected to an encapsulation part 105 provided in a body 106 of a radiation detection device through an encapsulation resin 203. Thereby, a distance from the photoelectric converter to the outside of the body 106 can be reduced, and humidity resistance on the lateral face of the scintillator layer 103 can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
