<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog switch circuit that can appropriately block a transmission signal higher than the potential of a high potential power supply or lower than the potential of a low potential power supply by means of an analog switch using a MOS transistor. <P>SOLUTION: The analog switch circuit includes a first analog switch 11, a second analog switch 12 disposed on a control signal path 21 to a control terminal 11c of the first analog switch 11, and a third analog switch 13 configured to short-circuit one input/output terminal 11a and the control terminal 11c of the first analog switch 11 when the potential of a transmission signal is higher than a predetermined high potential level or when the potential of the transmission signal is lower than a predetermined low potential level. The second analog switch 12 comprises a MOS transistor so as to be turned off by the application of a predetermined level of potential at least when the third analog switch 13 short-circuits one input/output terminal 11a and the control terminal 11c of the first analog switch 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
