A nerve cord is surgically separated wholly and partially at an interface (1) and immediately sealed with a metal membrane (2). The positively charged particles (3) are deposited on negatively charged membrane. The nerve tissue liquid packet is injected to intermediate space (2') of membrane and particles. A microwave beam is generated in a chamber (4), so that the particles are pressed to a neural pathway. A signaling cascade is triggered in milliseconds by hyper polarization of action potential.
