<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable return while holding the print job data in a failure, not making at once a printing apparatus waiting for shutdown of the main power supply. <P>SOLUTION: When a print command part 611 receives the print job data, and sends off a print command based on the print job data, and an engine part 62 receives the print command, responds to the print command, and controls the print by the printing apparatus 1 according to the print command, the engine part 62 is restarted by switching a power switch 65 of the engine part 62, when a power supply control part 612 cannot confirm the response from the engine part 62 within a prescribed time after the print command is sent off from the print command part 611. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
