<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of suppressing effects of voltage drop to an exposure device by shortening wiring for supplying power to a control unit of the exposure device. <P>SOLUTION: A color printer 1 (an image forming apparatus) includes: a plurality of photoreceptor drums 51 arranged in parallel; LED units 40 (exposure devices) which are arranged above the plurality of photoreceptor drums 51 and expose the plurality of photoreceptor drums 51; an LED control unit 102 (an exposure device control unit) which is arranged above the LED units 40 and controls the LED units 40 in accordance with image data; a power supply board 150 which is arranged below the plurality of photoreceptor drums 51 and converts an AC power supply to a DC power supply; and a voltage converting unit 103 which is arranged above the LED units 40, converts a DC power supply supplied by the power supply board 150 to at least one kind of a first voltage whose absolute value is smaller than the DC power supply and supplies it to the LED control unit 102. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
