摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion exchange device capable of efficiently discharging a stagnant water and of obtaining a high-quality treatment water in a range of practical water collection amount. <P>SOLUTION: The ion exchange device includes: a pressure tank 2 housing an ion exchange resin bed 211; a cleaning unit 3 which cleans the inside of the pressure tank 2 by introducing a cleaning liquid W1 into the tank 2 and discharging the liquid outside a system; a stagnant time calculator 51 for calculating the stagnant time T of the liquid in the tank 2; a stagnant time determinator 52 for determining whether the stagnant time T reaches a prescribed set time T3 or not; and a cleaning unit controller 53 for controlling the cleaning unit 3 to clean the inside of the tank 2 based on the determination result by the stagnant time determinator 52. The cleaning unit controller 53 sets up the linear velocity of the cleaning liquid W1 in the ion exchange resin bed 211 to the range of 5 to 60 m/h, and also sets up the amount of the cleaning liquid W1 to the resin bed 211 in response to the set time T3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
