<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eddy current measuring sensor and an eddy current measurement method with which a hardened depth measurement test can be conducted with high detection accuracy even when inspecting a high-frequency hardened component with a widely changing outer diameter or a recessed part, and measurement accuracy can be improved by eliminating influence of lift-off at the measurement of the hardened depth. <P>SOLUTION: In the eddy current measuring sensor, an excitation coil 51 is wound around an axial center directed in a direction not crossing a fillet F being a measurement object; and in an excitation section 51a, an outer shape of the excitation section 51a is formed in a shape almost the same as the fillet F when the excitation coil 51 is arranged facing the fillet F so that a horizontal surface of the excitation section 51a faces an arm (A) at a part of the excitation coil 51, and a lower side surface faces a journal J. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
