LIGHT CONTROL SYSTEM FOR CRIME PREVENTION LIGHTING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control system for crime prevention lighting which can be made compact and low-cost while providing sufficient crime prevention effect when having a plurality of detection areas differing in purpose of crime prevention.

SOLUTION: The light control system for crime prevention lighting includes detection sensors 1, 2 which respectively detect a human body in a plurality of mutually different detection areas including a normal detection area A for crime prevention by lighting and a menace detection area B for menace and crime prevention; a light emission body 3 which emits light toward the normal detection area A; and a control part 5 which performs turn-on control over the light emission body 3 to change a plurality of light control patterns. The control part 5 performs turn-on control over the light emission body 3 directed to the normal detection area A so as to switch the light emission body 3 to a light control pattern for normal lighting when a human body is detected in the normal detection area A and to a light control pattern for menace when a human body is detected in the menace detection area B.
