<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add sound absorbency to a panel of which strength and rigidity is improved by laminating resin foam having no air permeability or sound absorbency originally and a faceplate having no air permeability or sound absorbency originally. <P>SOLUTION: In a sound absorption panel 1 obtained by laminating resin foam 20 composed of independent air bubbles and an aluminum alloy plate 10 (metal plate), a plurality of holes 30 are formed to penetrate the resin foam 20 and the aluminum alloy plate 10 in the thickness direction.
