PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which determines the maximum transmission power transmittable in each component carrier (CC) in a radio communication system where carrier aggregation (CA) is applied.

SOLUTION: The mobile station used in the radio communication system using carrier aggregation comprises: a control signal receiving part which receives a control signal representing a resource block allocated to each carrier component for uplink communication from a base station; a maximum transmission power determination part which determines the number of the resource block allocated to the carrier component and/or the maximum transmission power in accordance with a propagation loss amount of the carrier component for each carrier component; and a transmission power control part which allocates transmission power to the carrier component so as not to exceed the determined maximum transmission power.
