<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing method which can prevent a print quality from degradation. <P>SOLUTION: The printing method includes: a discharge step in which a plurality of discharge heads 49 disposed in a second direction Y, which is orthogonal to a first direction X, at intervals with nozzle arrays 60B-60E having a plurality of nozzles 52 arranged to the first direction, and a base material are relatively moved toward the second direction to discharge liquid droplets 57, which are to be cured by an active ray, from a nozzle to the base material; and an irradiation step for radiating the active ray to the liquid droplets on the base material. The method also includes a selection step for selecting respective nozzle arrays for discharging liquid droplets from a plurality of the nozzle arrays so that a length of time from reaching the liquid droplets on the base material to radiating the active ray at the time of the discharge heads which are relatively moved to one side in the second direction is the same as the length of time from reaching the liquid droplets on the base material to radiating the active ray at the time of the discharge heads which are relatively moved to the other side in the second direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
