<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device (a fingertip cooling and cold insulating system) imposing a local cooling load on fingertips of a patient who undergoes chemotherapy treatment, allowing high-accuracy, easy and long-time cooling and cold insulation using a cold storage agent without needing all conventional electrical cold heat sources, installed in an indirect space relaxing a sharp temperature change, and furthermore allowing free temporary putting-in/out of fingers as the need arises during the treatment. <P>SOLUTION: This fingertip cooling and cold insulating system includes high heat insulation parts isolating an external atmosphere in outer faces of a two-folded case. In the fingertip cooling and cold insulating system, a finger fixing part 100b which suppresses the heat from an arm of the patient and on which the fingertips are fixed upward in the inner face of a lower stage thereof, and a cold heat pressure load part 100a including a convection water pack part 10 and the high-function cold storage agent 11 set in the inner face of an upper stage are combined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
