<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin molding that uses a thermoplastic resin containing a fibrous material in molding and is excellent in moldability. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the resin molding includes: a cutting step of cutting a plate-like material 10 of the thermoplastic resin containing the fibrous material into a shape constituted of three or more odd-form regions different in area; a preliminary heating step of preliminarily heating the cut plate-like material 20A, 20B, 20C to a temperature equal to or higher than a melting point of the thermoplastic resin; and a pressure forming step of pressure-forming the heated plate-like material 20A, 20B, 20C by a molding tool maintained at a temperature lower than the melting point to form a molding having folding parts formed along boundary between odd-form regions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
