<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geothermal heat pump device that prevents freezing of moisture in antifreeze in an antifreeze passage of a heat source-side heat exchanger that functions as an evaporator during load operation. <P>SOLUTION: The geothermal heat pump device performs load operation in which a heat source-side heat exchanger 7 and a load-side heat exchanger 5 function as an evaporator and a condenser, respectively, to heat a load. The geothermal heat pump device includes a control means 19 for controlling opening of a decompressor 6 so that a discharge temperature of a compressor 4 becomes a preset target discharge temperature, during the load operation. The control means 19 sets the target discharge temperature of refrigerant discharged from the compressor 4 lower by a predetermined temperature when the temperature of the refrigerant detected by an evaporation temperature detecting means 10 that detects a temperature of the refrigerant on the side of the heat source-side heat exchanger 7 has reached a preset freezing temperature where the moisture in the antifreeze is considered to start freezing in an antifreeze passage 7b of the heat source-side heat exchanger 7, and controls the decompressor 6 to open the opening so as to achieve a new target discharge temperature, during the load operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
