<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal, a control method of the portable terminal, and a program, capable of enabling or disabling operation input depending on the use situation of an application while the user is walking. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal of the present invention includes: an operation part that accepts operation input from a user; a walk determination part that determines where the user of the portable terminal is walking or not and outputs the determination result; a storage part that stores information on whether an application contained in the portable terminal is made available for a user currently walking; and a control part. The control part activates an application according to the operation input through the operation part, and when the walk determination part outputs the determination result to determine that the user is walking and there is an application running, if the storage part stores information that the application is not available for a walking user, the control part disables the operation input through the operation part, while if the storage part stores information that the application is available for a walking user, enabling the operation input through the operation part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
