PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for efficiently producing ultrafine bubble-containing water containing ultrafine bubbles.

SOLUTION: This device for producing the ultrafine bubble-containing water includes: a cylindrical gas transmission part discharging the ultrafine bubbles into water; an air supply system supplying gas of a pressurized state to the cylindrical gas transmission part; a cylindrical casing having an inner circumferential diameter larger than the outer circumferential diameter of the cylindrical gas transmission part, and having both ends in an open state; and a water supply system introducing water into a gap formed by a difference between the outer circumferential diameter of the cylindrical gas transmission part and the inner circumferential diameter of the cylindrical casing by fitting the cylindrical gas transmission part and the cylindrical casing.
