<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column packing material which is excellent in reproducibility of performance, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the column packing material and a method of measuring hemoglobins using the column packing material. <P>SOLUTION: The column packing material for the liquid chromatography is composed of a hydrophilic cross-linked polymer particle. The hydrophilic cross-linked polymer particle is obtained by performing polymerization reaction after agitating a dispersion liquid, obtained by dispersing a cross-linkable monomer and a hydrophilic monomer into an aqueous dispersion medium, for one hour or more at a temperature which is equal to or higher than the melting point of the cross-linkable monomer and in which the polymerization reaction does not substantially advance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
