PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of inexpensively, simply confirming liquid delivery.

SOLUTION: The cooling device includes: a heat receiving part 31 arranged so as to come into contact with a part 4 to be cooled; a heat radiation part 30 which discharges heat of cooling liquid: a circulation passage for circulating the cooling liquid between the heat receiving part 31 and the heat radiation part 30; a pump 32 which delivers the cooling liquid in the circulation passage; and a liquid delivery detection member 40 which detects delivery of the cooling liquid. The liquid delivery detection member 40 is constituted of an elastic member which is elastically deformed upon reception of a force due to the delivery of the cooling liquid, and arranged at a visible position from the outside.
