<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine failures related each other with respect to causes thereof and to automatically update a setting of a failure state. <P>SOLUTION: A failure relation information storage section 4015 stores failure relation information which defines failures occurring in an information system and related each other with respect to causes thereof as related failures. An analysis result information storage section 4012 stores analysis result information indicating the failure which occurs in the information system as well as a failure state. When a client I/F section 4013 inputs an update request indicating the failure with the failure state thereof changed as well as a new failure state, a failure relation determination section 4014 updates the failure state in the analysis result information to the new failure state. When the failure has the related failure defined by the failure relation information, the failure relation determination section 4014 also updates the failure state of the related failure in the analysis result information to the new failure state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
