<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, if a depth of a blade groove is larger than that of a cylinder chamber, when a blade makes sliding movement during the operation of the compressor, the sliding movement of the blade is obstructed due to a difference in level between a bottom surface of the cylinder chamber and a bottom surface of the blade groove, to thereby bring about a possibility of a decrease in performance or a failure of the compressor because a tip of the blade is chipped. <P>SOLUTION: The compressor has an integrated cylinder in which a rotary shaft, a bearing, a cylinder chamber 4, and a blade groove 11 that communicates with the cylinder chamber are formed. A roller is eccentrically rotatably disposed in the cylinder chamber. A blade that divides the cylinder chamber in two is disposed in the blade groove. The cylinder chamber is sealed by a seal member. The integrated cylinder is configured so that the depth of the blade groove is smaller than that of the cylinder chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
