<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition in which its self-bondability is reduced and fabrication work and molding workability of the curable composition are improved; and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This medical rubber composition includes a saturated hydrocarbon polymer (A) having at least one alkenyl group at the molecular terminal, an organic silicon compound (B) having at least two hydrosilyl groups in a molecule, a hydrosilylation catalyst (C) and an organic microparticle powder (D). The method for producing the curable composition comprises a first step of reacting the polymer (A) having an alkenyl group with a composition containing a component (B) in such an amount of total hydroxy group of 0.3-0.7 equivalent to the total alkenyl group in the component (A) and hydrosilylation catalyst (C); and a second step of adding the component (B) with 0.3-3 equivalent total hydrosilyl group amount to the total amount of the alkenyl group in the component (A) to the composition obtained in the first step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
