METHOD FOR PRODUCING INCENSE HAVING SMELL OF CASSIA TEA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing incense having fragrant smell when cassia tea is made.

SOLUTION: In the method for producing the incense, the one obtained by roasting cassia and powdering the same is used as the raw material for incense. The content of the cassia at this time is ≥10 wt.% to the whole incense. The incense generates fragrant smell upon making the cassia tea when being burnt.
