<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a film without uneven thickness or a weld mark in a die for molding the inflation film which forms a molten resin into a tube-like film and extrusion-mold it. <P>SOLUTION: Two distribution channels 12a, 12b expanding in a fan shape toward the outer circumferential surface 9b of a mandrel 9 from an inflow opening 11 formed at the shaft core part of the mandrel 9 as the flow channel of the molten resin, and a cylindrical flow channel 13 formed between the outer circumferential surface 9b of the mandrel 9 and the inner circumferential surface 10a of a die body 10 and formed with an annular lip 14 at an upper part. A tilted partition plate 15 is formed to the radius line of the mandrel 9 at the merging part of the molten resin flowing from the two distribution channels 12a, 12b to the cylindrical flow channel 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
