<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device which can prevent a change of liquid supply pressure caused by a change of a capacity of a pump chamber, and can stably supply liquid; and to provide a liquid injection device. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid supply device 103 comprises: a liquid supply passage 125 which supplies the liquid to a downstream side; a pump 50 which is pump-driven by displacing a displacement member 51 so as to increase and decrease the capacity of the pump chamber 50a with a part of the liquid supply passage 125 as the pump chamber 50a; a capacity increase means 73 which displaces the displacement member 51 in a direction in which the capacity of the pump chamber 50a is increased; a capacity decrease means 70 which displaces the displacement member 51 in a direction in which the capacity of the pump chamber 50a is decreased. The capacity decrease means 70 comprises: a spring member 80 which biases the displacement member 51 in the direction in which the capacity of the pump chamber 50a is decreased; a first magnetic body 81 arranged at the displacement member 51; and a second magnetic body 82 which generates a pulling magnetic force between the first magnetic body 81 and itself. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
