An exerciser includes a base having a first frame and a second frame which is pivotably connected to the first frame, and a slide device. The first and second frames are arranged to have an angle therebetween. The slide device has a damper and a roller is connected to the slide rod so as to move on the second frame. The users put the base on the floor to use the exerciser as a pull-up exerciser. The users can also overlap the first and second frames and put the first and second frames on the floor to use as an abdominal exerciser. The damper generates different resistance to obtain different exercising levels. |
