<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a travel sound of indicating the approach of a vehicle by a sound easily discriminated by a person even in noise. <P>SOLUTION: An adjusting part 13 analyzes a frequency by acquiring an environmental sound around the vehicle 20 and the travel sound of the vehicle 20, sets power to the acquired travel sound by the respective frequencies based on the target sound volume ratio of the environmental sound and the travel sound, and adjusts a filter factor of a filter 11 and the amplification ratio of an amplifying part 12 based on the set power.
