The beam element (10) has cross beam parts (14, 16) provided with a carrier region (22). The carrier region partially forms a frame tunnel (23) for a body structure (12) of a passenger car. A node element (32) is integrated into the cross beam parts, where the beam element is connectable at an A-pillar (34) of the body structure and/or a carrier element of the passenger car through the node element. The node element is laterally connected to the carrier region in a main extending direction of the cross beam parts. The cross beam parts are formed as forged parts.
