PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and a control circuit which can suppress increase in power consumption while improving current precision.

SOLUTION: A control circuit 20 includes a measuring circuit 22 which measures a change amount of electric charge of a capacitor C31 connected to a light-emitting diode 31 in a light-emitting unit 30 and a reference value generation circuit 24 which generates a reference voltage Vr according to the change amount of the electric charge. The control circuit 20 also includes a control unit 23 which controls a light emission amount of the light-emitting diode 31 in response to difference between an amplification voltage Va corresponding to the change amount of the electric charge and the reference voltage Vr.
