<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase of the thickness difference between an outer peripheral side and an inner peripheral side of a spiral core and the deterioration of the circularity of an inner diameter of the spiral core with a structure that is formed as simple as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A belt like metal plate 21 having a rectangular yoke part 22 and teeth parts 23a to 23e formed on one end part of the yoke part 22 in the width direction so as to be spaced evenly, is formed with cut out parts 24a to 24d, respectively formed at positions which are located at the end part of the yoke part 22 on the side where the teeth parts 23a to 23e are formed and which correspond to intermediate positions between the adjacent teeth parts 23a to 23e. A recessed part 24f and a projecting part 24g, which are fitted with each other when the belt like metal plate 21 is processed into a spiral form, are formed at the respective cut out parts 24a to 24d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
