<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control panel mechanism by which no impact due to collision occurs when a control panel is stopped at a position covering a fixing panel front surface and is stopped in an inclined state, without the need to stick a cushion and nonwoven cloth. <P>SOLUTION: The control panel mechanism includes: a fixing panel 2 disposed on the front surface of a casing; a control panel driven on the front surface of the fixing panel; a slider 3 disposed at a lower part of the casing and movable in a front-to-back direction; lock sliders 4 respectively disposed on left and right side surfaces of the fixing panel and movable in the front-to-back direction; a roller attached to an upper part of the control panel; and springs 7 respectively disposed at the lock sliders and energizing the movement of the fixing panel in the front-to-back direction with respect to the left and right side surfaces. The roller is moved between a vertical guide surface formed on the fixing panel and a guide surface disposed on the lock slider. In an entirely closed state, the slider allows the lock slider to move backward to be pressure-held by the vertical guide surface and the guide surface.
