<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device with increased packing density and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A storage device according to an embodiment comprises: a lower electrode layer; a nanomaterial assembly layer provided on the lower electrode layer and formed of an assembly of a plurality of minute conductors with gaps; a protective layer which is provided on the nanomaterial assembly layer, which has conductivity, which contacts the minute conductors, and in which an opening is formed; and an upper electrode layer provided on the protective layer and contacting the protective layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
