<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bean jam pancake making device which does not leave an end sealing mark in the periphery of bean-jam pancakes. <P>SOLUTION: The bean-jam pancake making device includes: a baking plate conveyor which consists of a plurality of baking plates, and goes around the periphery of a burner; a dough filling machine; a turnover device for vertically turning over baked pancakes; a blow-off device for releasing the baked pancakes from the baking plates with an air nozzle; an oil applying device for applying oil to a surface of the baking plate; a turn-over/non turn-over device for turning over the half of a row of the baked pancakes, and conveying the other half as they are; a transposing device for sequentially sending by reducing the number of rows to half; an aligning device for aligning the baked pancakes on a delivery conveyor; a jam filling device; an overlaying device for overlaying the baked pancakes; and an end sealing device which has an upper mold and a lower mold, in which a plurality of segment pieces constituted to lift up and down between ropes of a rope conveyor are mounted to a support leg in a direction orthogonal to a delivery direction, and connects the segment pieces with a guide member when pressing the periphery of baked pancakes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
