SECONDARY BATTERY CHARGE DEVICE AND SECONDARY BATTERY CHARGE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery charge device and a secondary battery charge system capable of fully charging a secondary battery by suppressing errors in charge processing of a secondary battery even the generated power to be supplied is unstable.

SOLUTION: A secondary battery charge system of the present invention includes: a power generator; and a charge control device that controls charging of a secondary battery by determining whether the charge current of the power generator can fully charge a secondary battery. The charge control device includes: a charge switch that determines whether the charge current from the power generator is supplied to the secondary battery or not; a charge voltage determination part for measuring the output voltage of the power generator; a charge control part for determining whether the output voltage is contained in an unstable voltage range of the defined voltages between the one that can activate the secondary battery charge device and the other one whose charge current is set to be insufficient for charging; and a time management timer part for counting an unstable time in which the output voltage is included in the unstable voltage range. When the unstable time exceeds a prescribed monitoring time, the charge control part shuts down the charge switch.
