PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict automatic connection to a network of a country or a region different from a stay country independently of whether or not a preliminarily-defined network is available.

SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal 1 has a wireless communication unit 11, a position measurement unit 14, and a communication controller 15. The communication controller 15 is configured to restrict automatic connection to a wireless communication network in the case that first stay region information determined by using identification information included in a wireless signal received from the wireless communication network via the wireless communication unit 11 and second stay region information corresponding to a current position measured by the position measurement unit 14 are contradictory to each other.
