<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a built-in component in a component built-in circuit board cannot be replaced nor inspected. <P>SOLUTION: The component built-in circuit board having a built-in component comprises: a first printed circuit board; a second printed circuit board having a first surface facing the first surface of the first printed circuit board; an electronic component mounted on the first surface of the first printed circuit board or the first surface of the second printed circuit board, and housed in the housing space between the first surface of the first printed circuit board and the first surface of the second printed circuit board; and a connection disposed between the first surface of the first printed circuit board and the second surface of the second printed circuit board, and connecting the first surface of the first printed circuit board and the second surface of the second printed circuit board electrically.
