POWER SUPPLY CONTROL DEVICE, IMAGE PROCESSOR, AND POWER SUPPLY CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve waste of a power of a processing section in respective states, under conditions that the processing section shifts to at least a plurality of states with different power supply states, when a power supply to the processing section is controlled according to the detecting state of a mobile body.

SOLUTION: Basic functions of a first human sensor 28 and a second human sensor 30 are to perform a shift control to a standby mode (an operation mode 1) by detecting the mobile body (a user) during a sleep mode; when the user temporarily moves away from an image processor 10, perform a partial power-saving control in a running mode (an operation mode 2) for increasing an energy saving object; and perform a shift control to the sleep mode (an operation mode 3) by detecting no mobile body (no user) during the standby mode, the shift control being performed combined with a shift control by a timer.
