<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter attachment determining system for on-vehicle camera lens which can determine easily, at low cost, and appropriately whether there is any foreign matter attached on the lens of an on-vehicle camera. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a detecting means 6 which detects a long specific detection object formed in a specific range around a vehicle on the basis on a taped video of the on-vehicle camera 2 and a determining means 8 which determines whether there is any foreign body attached on a lens 3 on the basis of such detected result.
