<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subsidiary material for reinforcing the connection of cloth pieces so as to prevent the connected cloth pieces from loosening or being detached, even when producing a product requiring a relatively strong tightening force, such as clothes, bags and shoes, by using a cloth piece for forming clothes made of a lightweight and soft material, with flat small pieces. <P>SOLUTION: A connection reinforcing material 3 includes an axial part set along a side and/or a diagonal of a hexagon, and an engagement part positioned on the top of the hexagon of the axial part.
