<p>The door fitting (10) has a rod door handle (11) for manual operation of the door leaf. The light emitting diode-semiconductor radiation sources (13) are arranged at a distance to the rod door handle for emission of ultraviolet-radiation. The light emitting diode-semiconductor radiation sources irradiate the rod door handle in order to obtain a bactericide effect on the outer surface of the rod door handle. An independent claim is also included for a door assembly with a sensor.</p>
