<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a caliper body and reduce a cost by preventing partial wear of reaction pawls. <P>SOLUTION: The caliper body 5 is formed by connecting an action part 5a having a cylinder bore 7 to a reaction part 5b having paired reaction pawls 5i, 5i and a through hole 5h for cutting the cylinder bore between the adjacent reaction pawls, with a bridge part 5c striding over the outer periphery of a disk rotor 2. Between the action part 5a and the reaction part 5b, paired friction pads 6, 6 are arranged across the disk rotor 2. A reinforcing plate 10 is detachably installed to a disk rotor side face 5k of the reaction pawls 5i, 5i for pressing the friction pad 6 on the reaction part side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
