<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion generator reducing deviation of a blowing direction of ions generated from an ion generation means. <P>SOLUTION: This ion generator includes a first air blowing means 2 and the ion generation means 3 inside a body case 1 having an air suction port 4 and an exhaust port 5. The first air blowing means 2 includes an induction means 23 blowing air sucked from the air suction port 4 into the body case 1, to the exhaust port 5 through a first suction port 14 and a first blowoff port 16 of the first casing 7, and inducing, into the first casing 7 through the ion generation means 3, the air sucked from the air suction port 4 into the body case 1 by the air blowing. The induction means 23 is positioned in a first suction side surface 10 on the upstream side of a tongue piece part 15 between a first impeller 8 and a firsts tongue piece-facing scroll face 13 inside the first casing 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
